ActiveTrail's personalization engine can seamlessly integrate personal user data such as name, address. email, birth-date and any other information stored in the subscribers repository. Personalized content can be inserted anywhere in the emails body and even directly in the subject line, but that's not all. ActiveTrail's personalization capabilities takes you to a new level in targeted email – dynamic content components.
With ActiveTrail's dynamic content engine, you can integrate content components that will be displayed only when relevant to the specific user. For example, you can create a special coupon component that will be displayed only to users who have made purchases of $100 and above, or a footer that displays the nearest store address and open times depending on the user's address in the database.
Creating a dynamic content component is easy and intuitive. Simply click on the dynamic component button in the email editor screen, then choose the rule that will apply. When an email with dynamic components is sent, each email will be generated after querying the database to see if the relevant rules apply and the dynamic content displayed only to the relevant users.
