No. ActiveTrail can only be used with email lists for which you have permission to communicate with.

ActiveTrail will accept your email addresses in 2 file formats; CSV (Comma Separated Values) and .xls (MS Excel Spreadsheet). Simply browse to where the file resides on your computer and let the ActiveTrail Wizard guide you through the import.

Your list is safe behind our heavily secured firewalls. It will reside in your ActiveTrail Account until you remove it. ActiveTrail will never rent, share or sell your list. For more details read our Privacy Policy.

Yes. ActiveTrail provides access to a wide range of webservices and APIs that easily and seamlessly integrate your database, CRM, BI or any other legacy system directly to all its functionality. No Problem. It's time to get started! There are several ways you can collect email addresses. ActiveTrail provides a list building tool in the form of a Sign-Up Box to be placed on your website. Your site visitors can sign up for your email list, and their addresses are automatically imported to your ActiveTrail Account.

ActiveTrail will charge you on a monthly basis. The billable amount will depend on the number of emails actually sent in a specific month. Prices drop as the number of emails sent rises.

Yes. Our contract includes our Pricing Agreement and our Terms of Service to which you should agree.

Absolutely! Starting from the day you sign up, we offer a one-on-one service to quickly bring you up to speed. Together we will go through every step of campaign creation through sending, and address any other question or concern that you may have.

Yes, you can see the email addresses of who opened your emails and when, as well as the list of clicks on any specific link/s within your emails. You also have the ability to export the "open" or "click-through" data to Excel or CSV. There are many additional reports that you can make use of to learn more about your campaigns and user behavior.

Yes! ActiveTrail has a Bounce Management Feature that allows you to see which addresses bounced and for what reasons. Additionally, it will allow you to export those addresses for easy bounce management of your lists.
