With the new year just around the corner, we’d like to keep you up to date with some of the modifications and enhancements that we introduced in November:
Refer a friend
We’re happy to introduce our new “Refer a Friend” program – the first of its kind. The program allows you to receive money directly to your ActiveTrail account, all you have to do is invite a friend to join ActiveTrail. You and your friend will automatically receive credit to your accounts.
Inviting your friends is carried out from our system and different social networks can be used to invite friends, such as facebook and twitter. Once your friends sign up, the system will automatically recognize them as your friends and add credit to your account.
Partnership with Big Stock Photo
Everyone knows that a good newsletter is a well-designed newsletter so we partnered with Big Stock Photo to make sure you get the best there is.
The partnership provides ActiveTrail members with access to over 16 million images which can be imported directly to the editor. Images can be used in newsletters, campaigns and landing pages.
Security was toughened to prevent fraud
One of the most important aspects of providing a top-notch service is providing state-of-the-art security which is why we decided to tighten our security regarding fraud profiles.
We introduced a new function in order to prevent the creation of fraud profiles by using email verification. In other words, no one can now use our system to pretend he is someone else.
The “Customize” button has been removed and any new user will now have to verify his/her email address by using a verification code sent to his/her inbox.
Additional improvements and updates:
• Executive Reports – users managing more than one account can now view the credit available in each account in a special report.
• SMS Restoration – The system will now remember your past SMS configuration so you won’t have to fill in all the information with each new campaign.
• The option to view when the personal information was last changed in a customer’s card has been added to the system.
• The SMS system is now also available in France, Germany and English-speaking countries.
