DPA – Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the Agreement or other written or electronic agreement, for the provision of services by Active Trail and is intended to set in writing the Parties’ agreement in any matter relating to the Processing of Personal Data Controlled by the Customer as a Controller.
How to execute this DPA:
– Customer must send the signed DPA to Company’s email: dpo@activetrail.net in order to have it countersigned by the Company.
– Annex A is an integral part of this DPA.
– Upon receipt of the countersigned DPA by Customer the DPA will become legally binding (the “Effective Date”).
