How does ‘Predictive Delivery’ do it?
The moment you press the “Predictive Delivery” button, ActiveTrail begins analyzing the history of email opening times, and, for each recipient, the system selects a distinct time to deliver your campaign to them. For instance, let’s assume that the system finds that Debbie opened most of the email campaigns you recently sent to her between the hours of 10 and 11 AM, whereas Ron opened his emails sometime between 12 and 1 PM. After clicking the “Predictive Delivery” button, Debbie would receive campaigns at 10:30 AM and Ron would see them in his inbox at 12:30 in the afternoon. Campaign emails are sent within 24 hours of initiating the campaign or of the time at which you scheduled the campaign to start.
Timing campaign delivery in such a fashion substantially improves the statistical chances that your emails will be opened and that the results of your campaign will skyrocket.
Of course, all of this is activated only when you decide to click on “Predictive Delivery” on the “Email Summary” screen.
